My name is Ciara, I’m 26 years old and I am a Licensed Esthetician and Professional Makeup Artist. My love for beauty started at a very young age. From watching my mom and admirning her beauty as she got ready with her makeup to becoming the makeup friend in my adolescence. I remember looking forward to every Halloween as a little girl because it was the one night where I was allowed to wear makeup, my mom’s bright red lipstick to be exact. Makeup has always been an outlet for me to be creative and for me to completely be myself. While I was attending college, I was indicisive over what my major would be. No matter what direction I thought I might like, it never felt right. I was becoming more aggravated with myself as each semester passed. It wasn’t until 2022 where I decided to take a leap of faith and unenroll out of the university I was attending to pursue my dream of becoming a Professional Makeup Artist. I enrolled in the Esthetician program at Michigan College of Beauty and obtained my license in Esthetics. It has been the most joyous journey I have been on thus far and it truly makes me so grateful for this extraordinary career. I look forward to building a connection with every single one of my clients and creating the most beautiful looks together. I am so honored that you are here.
